For the last 7 years M&M Private Lending Group, LLC, A direct private lender has been providing
asset based, Non-documented, Private/Hard money in the investor lending space. Now with
over $81 million funded, it’s time to step on the throttle. As rates rise our space only gets busier
and busier. The positions are in house Business Development Executive. We need professional
hunters to be assigned to multiple markets in Florida, NY and Colorado.

Prior Wholesale Mortgage experience REQUIRED.
We are only looking for the most talented Account Executives in the industry. Honestly, this job
is for top hitters with W2’s to prove it. To be successful you need the ability to develop a broker
list a mile long and you must know how to structure loans. An existing Book of Business is highly
preferred!
Job Duties:
Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Loan Brokers.
The ability to prospect daily on the phone to drive relationships
Experience farming LinkedIn for Loan Originator relationships
Originate and Review brokered loans with internal partners to move loan originations from
submissions to closed loans.
Communicate with brokers to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions.
Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements.
Ensure compliance & guidelines along with statutory/regulatory requirements while fulfilling
continuing education requirements.
Collaborate and innovate to drive continuous improvement.
Handle all situations in a professional and ethical manner.
