  1. I own my current home with no mortgage. (140,000 est) I have never missed a payment on any of my bills and my credit falls into your guidelines. I do however have a tax lien from when I was married. I was unaware until after my credit was affected. I don’t want to pay it off as my ex is responsible as well. I’m the only one who has been making payments. Will this keep me from being able to refinance my home?
